Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Each piece is crafted with care, please choose carefully. Each items is packed carefully for protection, but in the unfortunate instance where damage may occur in shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel, with photo evidence and your order number. Refunds or exchanges will be at our discretion. Hero Knight Studio cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost.
